Queens News – December 2015

‘We wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Merry Christmas, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year’…from your committee.

The club has been decorated and we are well and truly into the Christmas spirit. If you don’t normally visit the bar area then go out of your way and see how Christmassy it looks!

The gym, following their very successful Club Awards, are well into their team Pud Burning exercises, making space for the Christmas fare. Any excess calories after the festive period can safely be removed by joining in the January Fitness Challenge! See Martin for further information, support, guidance, inspiration…!!!

Don’t worry if you are not a member of the gym…just get someone to buy you one of the Gym Gift Vouchers…. £25 for a six week session! Or £10 for a full day, making the most of all the club facilities.

Christmas Lunch
For those lucky enough to have a ticket for this years lunch don’t forget to bring your tickets along with you. There will be a prize draw! Remember the dress code is smart! Fizz and canapes are served from 12.30 onwards.

I love the people in the gym and it is great fun. We have a lot of banter. I have made special friends. Birthday breakfasts help the group bond.
